[HIRING] Calgary Retail Team
We're a growing brand that makes custom jewelry and runs jewelry workshops. At our retail shop, people can come and make their own jewelry or buy unique pieces.
Right now, we need a team to work in our Calgary store. Here's what we're looking for:
- Someone creative who loves making things with their hands and wants to design jewelry.
- A person who likes talking to customers and helping them find what they want.
- Someone who can learn new skills, like making jewelry and helping out in the store.
- Someone who can do different jobs, like making jewelry, entertaining customers, and showing groups around the workshop.
- Someone who is a team player
- Someone who believes in what our company stands for and wants to make sure everyone has a great time.
- Someone who can work nights and weekends and stay with us for at least a year.
- Knowledge of jewelry or experience in the jewelry industry is not required, but a positive and can-do attitude is very important. Also, impeccable attention to detail is a must. Should be willing to learn.
- Impressive organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail
- Able to manage your time across multiple tasks and projects
- Comfortable using computer programs
- Comfortable with being on social media
- Willing to travel for company events or popups
Your job would be to learn how to make jewelry, run workshops, offer custom ring service & permanent jewelry, help customers, sell jewelry, and make sure everyone has a good time.
Here's what you'll get paid:
- A Store Assistant Manager: $18 per hour plus tips. (20-40 hours per week)
- Part-time position: $16 per hour plus tips (10-25 hours per week)
Location: Marda Loop In Calgary
When we plan to hire: Mid-June, with training taking place from May to June before the store opens, as required.
